Everon acquired ADT’s B2B segments

In September, Everon acquired the business-to-business segments of ADT’s multifamily business for $55 million. The acquisition strengthens Everon’s position in security systems integration and infrastructure security services, expanding its customer base and capabilities in the U.S. market.
