Disclosed valuations remained favorable, with a median EV/S multiple of 1.4 times and a high of 19.7 times, in line with public peers, highlighting the willingness of buyers to pay for differentiated IT Services platforms. 

At the subsector level, Software Development led median exit revenue multiples at 2.2 times, reflecting continued buyer demand for scalable, technology-enabled service providers. Technology & Management Consulting followed at 1.2 times, supported by ongoing interest in digital transformation and specialized advisory capabilities. Systems Integration recorded median multiples of 0.6 times, reflecting a more moderate valuation environment relative to higher-growth IT Services segments.
