In April, KKR acquired DATAGROUP for $276 million at a 1.1x revenue multiple, adding a strong managed IT services and consulting platform in Europe to its portfolio. Blackstone acquired TaskUs

Zscaler acquired Red Canary

Red Canary is a leading provider of managed detection and response, security operations center capabilities and threat intelligence. The acquisition enhances Zscaler’s threat detection and response portfolio, strengthening its leadership in enterprise cybersecurity. 

Iron Mountain acquired Wisetek Solutions

Wisetek specializes in IT audit services, data destruction, recycling and global remarketing, providing businesses with sustainable IT solutions. EPAM Systems acquired First Derivative
