In April, Deloitte acquired all the assets of Gryphon Scientific Business, enhancing its biosafety, biosecurity, and AI-driven public health capabilities.

Australian company 5G Networks completed the acquisition of cybersecurity consultancy and end-to-end managed services company, Security Shift Group, for $2.6 million. This strategic move is poised to facilitate the expansion of services to its extensive portfolio of corporate clientele. 

In February, Alivia Analytics acquired healthcare systems modernization services company SourcEdge Solutions to empower healthcare payers with an end-to-end claims solution. 

Polish buyer Software Mind acquired Number8 for $40 million, with a similar rationale of bolstering their teams with diverse expertise and expanding their market presence.  

EPAM acquired the Argentina-based IT services company Vates, aiming to expand its reach in Latin America. 

In Canada, the Calian Group acquired IT infrastructure and cybersecurity services company Decisive Group for $54.4 million. This acquisition fortifies Calian's IT and cybersecurity services for diverse clients, further supporting its global growth initiatives.

Later in December, GlobalLogic, a Hitachi company, acquired Katzion Technology Solutions, an Australian-based IT services provider for businesses in the automotive sector.

In December, the Australian company GSTechnologies acquired the Singapore-based AI-driven cybersecurity integration firm Semnet for $1.8 million, reinforcing its cybersecurity capabilities and securing the Neobank ecosystem worldwide, in line with the company's dedication to fintech innovation.

In September, another identity and access specialist, Regatta Solutions, which focuses on SailPoint IAM software integration, was acquired by United Kingdom-based ProofID to expand its SailPoint practice into Europe. 

In Germany, identity and access management integration services specialist sastema was acquired by one of 2023’s top acquirers, Bechtle, adding to its security portfolio and enabling it to better serve its customers in the finance and insurance sectors.
