ManTech International was taken private by Carlyle Group for $3.9B at 1.7x revenue.

In August, transaction processing and integration services firm Computer Services was acquired by Bridgeport and Centerbridge for $1.6B at 4.7x revenue. 

Microsoft acquired Miburo, a cyber threat analysis and research company specializing in the detection of and response to foreign information operations. The new analysts from Miburo will enable Microsoft to expand its threat detection and analysis capabilities to address new cyberattacks from foreign actors. 

Cybersecurity, privacy and compliance firm CynergisTek was acquired by Clearwater Compliance, a healthcare focused cybersecurity, compliance, and risk management solutions firm for $17.7M at 1.1x revenue. Merging Clearwater and CynergisTek as a private company, will allow the combined entity to be more agile and flexible.

Parsons acquired critical infrastructure and cybersecurity services company Xator Corporation for $400M. The strategic acquisition expands Parsons’ presence in the U.S. and opens new customer access at the Department of State, which is expected to experience significant budgetary growth.

In February, Telus acquired outsourced employee benefits plan consulting company Lifeworks for $1.7B. Telus will combine LifeWorks with its Telus Health unit that connects patients with physicians virtually through its mobile apps such as Akira and Babylon. 

Signify Health, a value-based care platform, has acquired accountable care organization builder Caravan Health for $250 million. This combination creates a large national network of providers engaged in value-based payment models. 

Symetri expands into US market with acquisition of Microdesk for $26M. Together, Symetri and Microdesk will have an increased Service and R&D capacity enable more people to work smarter and more sustainably. 

FlexIT acquired the healthcare division of Genesis Integration, a Canadian provider of nursecall systems, based in Edmonton, Alberta. It is one in a series of acquisitions aligned with FlexITy's growth strategy to acquire communications and information technology integration businesses across Canada.  

South Africa-based Teraco Data, a provider of vendor neutral, carrier neutral and wireless colocation services, was bought for $1.7B by Digital Realty.
