In August, transaction processing and integration services firm Computer Services was acquired by Bridgeport and Centerbridge for $1.6B at 4.7x revenue. 

In February, Telus acquired outsourced employee benefits plan consulting company Lifeworks for $1.7B. Telus will combine LifeWorks with its Telus Health unit that connects patients with physicians virtually through its mobile apps such as Akira and Babylon. 

South Africa-based Teraco Data, a provider of vendor neutral, carrier neutral and wireless colocation services, was bought for $1.7B by Digital Realty. 

In March, electronic payment processing company MoneyGram was acquired by Madison Dearborn Partners for $998M at 1.4x revenue. 

Huntington Ingalls Industries acquired for $1.4B Alion Science and Technology, a technology-driven solutions provider located in McLean, Virginia. 

IT systems integration and business consulting firm Capco was sold for $1.5B to Indian multinational corporation Wipro

ATM management and transaction processing services company Cardtronics was acquired for $1.7B by the world's leading enterprise technology provider of software, hardware, and services NCR Corporation.

The offshore software development and localization services of Global Logic were acquired for $8.5B by Hitachi.

The federal IT and mission support services business of Northrop Grumman was acquired by Veritas Capital for $3.4B. 

Outsourced payment transaction processing services provider Nexi was acquired by Nets for $7.1B.
